1. Pricing
Our service offers free hexagram casting (the coin-tossing and hexagram display). AI-powered interpretation is available as a paid feature in two tiers: $4.99 USD for a Standard Reading (a clear 500-word interpretation), or $9.99 USD for a Deep Reading (an 800+ word analysis with Five Element dynamics, line-by-line detail, and action steps). All prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, tax remittance (including VAT/GST where applicable), and payment-related customer support. When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Lemon Squeezy under their terms of service and privacy policy.
3. Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any reading within 7 days of purchase if you have not viewed the interpretation. Once an interpretation has been generated and viewed, it is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at acf579@126.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
