1. Pricing
Our service offers free hexagram casting (the coin-tossing and hexagram display). AI-powered interpretation is available as a paid feature in two tiers: $4.99 USD for a One Reading (a focused, complete answer to your question), or $9.99 USD for a Deep Reading (the whole situation in depth — full Najia chart, Six Gods, strength & timing, with classical references you can verify). All purchases are one-time; there is no subscription and no recurring charge. All prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, tax remittance (including VAT/GST where applicable), and payment-related customer support. When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Lemon Squeezy under their terms of service and privacy policy.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a refund (one refund per customer per product tier). Because readings are delivered instantly, refunds for completed readings are considered case by case. If a reading failed to generate, was materially incomplete, or you experienced a technical issue, you will always receive a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests go through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and are processed to your original payment method.
4. What AetherSee Is — and Is Not
AetherSee offers AI-generated I Ching readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are produced by a traditional divination framework interpreted with AI. We do not claim to predict guaranteed future events, and we do not provide medical, legal, financial, or gambling advice. A reading is a framework for reflection — the decision is always yours.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at acf579@126.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
